The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Winter Maintenance Of The Street Road Network, Pavements, Pavement Areas, Pedestrian Areas On The Territory Of The Yambol Municipality.The Public Order Covers A Complex Of Activities Aimed At Ensuring Normal Passability And Safe Conditions For The Movement Of Road Transport And Pedestrians During The Winter Period. Particular Attention Is Paid To Sections With Intense Traffic, A Large Longitudinal Slope And An Increased Risk Of Icing. The Main Activities Include Machine Cleaning Of Roadways From Snow And Ice, Anti-Icing Treatment By Spreading A Mixture Of Sand And Salt, Manual And Machine Cleaning Of Pavements, Pedestrian Areas, Bus Stops And Other Public Places, Treatment With Sand And Anti-Icing Materials, Loading And Removal Of Snow And Ice, As Well As Ensuring Operational Duty Of The Necessary Equipment And Personnel. The Activities Are Carried Out With Priority Service On The Bus Transport Routes And The Main Transport Directions, According To The Technical Specification.The Term Of Performance Is 24 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract Or Until Reaching Its Maximum Value, Depending On Which Event Occurs Earlier. Operational Duty Is Carried Out Annually From November 15 To March 15 Inclusive. The Estimated Value Of The Public Procurement Is Eur 332,339.00 Excluding Vat For The Entire Two-Year Period And Represents The Maximum Financial Resource For The Execution Of The Contract. The Assignment And Payment Of The Activities Are Carried Out On The Basis Of The Nine Unit Prices Proposed By The Selected Contractor, According To The Quantities Actually Performed And Accepted. Unit Prices Include All Costs Of Implementation. Their Numerical Sum Has An Informational Nature And Does Not Represent A Total Price For The Order. The Operational Duty Is Paid For The Actually Provided And Accepted 24-Hour Days, And The Days Of Operational Snow Removal Work Are Not Counted As Duty. The Public Contract Is Awarded On The Basis Of The Optimal Quality/Price Ratio Criterion Under Art. 70, Para. 2, Item 3 Of The Ppa, For The Indicators Proposed Unit Prices - 60 Points And Reaction Time - 40 Points. The Performance Guarantee Is 2% Of The Maximum Value Of The Contract Without Vat, Or 6,646.78 Euros.The Full Scope Of Activities, Technical Requirements And Obligations Of The Contractor Are Defined In The Technical Specification And The Draft Contract, An Integral Part Of The Documentation For The Public Procurement. Financing Will Be Provided By The Budget Of The Municipality Of Yambol.
