New Cars Delivered From The Factory Must Fully Comply With The Technical And Operational Characteristics Specified In The Technical Specification And Comply With All Standards And Documents Concerning Quality, Ecology And Safety Valid In The Countries Of The European Union. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes:1. Delivery Of Factory New And Unused Cars That Meet The Employers Requirements For The Public Procurement Documentation;2.
