Object Of This Public Procurement Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Zoning Permit Is Construction With The Subject: Selection Of A Contractor For Construction And Installation Works For The Site: Construction Of An Inter-Block Space In Upi Xix-For A Residential Complex In Quarter 47, Town Of Elhovo.The Construction Is Category Iv According To Art. 137 Paragraph 1 Item 4 Of The Law On Territorial Planning And Issued Building Permit No. 54 Of 18.08.2026 Of Ch. Architect Of The Municipality Of Elhovo.With The Approved Project Development, An Overall Concept For The Improvement Of The Properties Where The Residential Blocks Are Built, Replacement Of The Existing Pavement And Allocation Of Parking Spaces Is Presented. The Activities Envisaged By The Project Will Provide More Comfortable Conditions For Access To Apartment Blocks And For Secured Parking For Part Of The Residents. Main Construction Activities Within The Scope Of The Order:The Construction Activities, The Subject Of The Order, Are Reduced To The Following Main Activities, Including:Dismantling Works;Delivery Of Necessary Materials And Equipment;Construction And Assembly Works;Preparation Of Construction Documentation In Accordance With Ordinance No. 3 Of 2003 On Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction And The Law On Territorial Planning; All Activities For The Acceptance Of The Construction With A Constitutive Act To Establish The Suitability For Acceptance Of The Construction (Appendix No. 15 To Art. 7, Paragraph 3, Item 15 Of Ordinance No. 3 Of July 31, 2003 On Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction);Activities During The Smr Warranty Period, According To Bulgarian Legislation.
