Tenders Are Invited For Current Renovation Of A Hall In An Administrative Building In The City Of Sofia

The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Contractor To Carry Out Current Repairs, Construction And Installation Works (Cmr) And Construction And Repair Works (Crr) Of A Hall In An Administrative Building In The City Of Sofia Without Changing Its Structure, Volume And Purpose.The Current Renovation Is In The Following Parts: Architecture, Internal Power Supply, Low Current Installation And Ventilation And Air Conditioning.The Building On Which The Current Repair Is Being Carried Out Is A Construction Of The Fourth Category According To Article 137, Paragraph 1, Item 4, Letter B Of Zut And Article 8, Paragraph 2, Item 3 Of Ordinance No. 1 Of 30.07.2003 On The Nomenclature Of Types Of Repairs. The Construction And Installation Works Included In The Present Order In The Sense Of Item 43 Of §5 Of The Dr Of The Zut Constitute Ongoing Repairs, For Which According To Art. 151, Paragraph 1 Of The Zut, The Issuance Of A Building Permit Is Not Required.
