The Works Are Current Repairs In The Sense Of § 5, Item 43 Of The Additional Provisions Of The Zut, For Which A Building Permit Is Not Required (Art. 151, Paragraph 1, Item 1 Of The Zut).1.3. The Types And Quantities Of Works Are Defined In The Bill Of Quantities - Appendix No. 1. The Quantities Are Estimated; The Quantities Actually Executed According To The Order Of The Contract Are Taken Into Account.1.4.
