The Intervention Includes The Removal Of The Fiber Cement Cover And Its Replacement By A Sandwich Panel System With Better Insulation Performance, As Well As The Implementation Of An External Thermal Insulation System (Sate) On The Perimeter Walls. Likewise, The Renovation Of The Openings Is Planned By Incorporating Carpentry With Thermal Bridging And Low-Emissivity Glass, Improving Watertightness And Reducing Energy Losses. The Proposed Actions Will Reduce The Energy Demand Of The Building, Increase The Internal Thermal Stability And Improve The Comfort Of The Users, Reinforcing The Sustainable And Efficient Character Of The Municipal Equipment.
