Mats – Entrémattor. Rental Of Entrance Mats Including Delivery, Laying Out, Collection, Washing, Maintenance And Replacement Service For Umeå Universitys Operations. The Agreement Shall Cover Approximately 95% Of Entrances Within The Universitys Operational Areas, Including The Arts Campus And Campus Örnsköldsvik. The Supplier Must Provide A Needs-Based Carpet Service Where The Replacement Frequency And Number Of Entrance Carpets May Vary During The Contract Period. The Need Can Be Affected By, Among Other Things, The Degree Of Use Of The Entrances, Seasonal Variations, Renovations, Operational Changes And Additional Or Divested Premises. The Customer Does Not Guarantee Any Volumes During The Contract Period. Current Needs Include Around 100 Entrance Mats, Which Should Only Be Regarded As An Approximate Task And Does Not Constitute Any Commitment To Future Scope. The Supplier Must Ensure That The Entrance Mats At All Times Maintain The Agreed Function And Quality With Regard To Dirt And Moisture Absorption, Safety, Cleanliness And General Condition.
