The Ordering Party Requires A Manufacturers Warranty For The Equipment Of Not Less Than 24 Months, However, The Contractor May Offer A Longer Manufacturers Warranty Period, Taking Into Account The Provisions Of Chapter Xvi Of The Swz. In Each Case Where These Standards Are Indicated In The Content Of The Swz, Including In The Annexes To The Swz, It Should Be Understood That Such An Indication Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. Thus, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To The Standards Indicated In Point 1 And Point 2 Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4 And 5 Pzp. The Concept Of Equivalence Should Be Understood As Meaning That The Offered Equipment Meets The Requirements Specified In Point 1 And Point 2 Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order To An Equivalent Extent. The Equivalent Solutions Used Must Correspond In Type And Scope To The Purposes Served By The Standards Referred To In Point 1 And Point 2 Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 7. Due To The Fact That Various Equivalent Proposals Are Allowed, The Contractor Is Required To Verify And Treat All Solutions As Interconnected. Demonstrating Equivalence, I.E.
