The Objective Of The Project Is To Modernize And Digitize The Public Services Of The Two Municipalities Through An Integrated Cityapp Digital Platform, Composed Of The Modules Described In The Chapter. 5. The Indicators Assumed By The Funding Request: Rco14 - 2 Supported Public Institutions; Rcr11 - 4,800 Users/Year Of New And Optimized Digital Services, Products And Processes. The Purchase Is Made In The Interest Of A Partnership Formed By Two Administrative-Territorial Units: Odorheiu Secuiesc Municipality, As The Partnership Leader And Contracting Authority That Runs The Procedure, And Gheorgheni Municipality, As A Partner, Based On The Partnership Agreement And The Financing Contract Related To The Smis Project Code 336969. The Solutions That Are The Subject Of This Purchase Are Implemented, Tested And Piloted At The Level Of Both Municipalities. Both Municipalities Have The Same Functional Needs, Therefore All The Modules Described In The Chapter. 5 Is Delivered For Each Of The Two Beneficiary Administrative-Territorial Units, Without Functional Differentiation. The Municipality Of Gheorgheni Is Not A Party To The Public Procurement Contract. The Contract Is Concluded Exclusively Between The Contracting Authority And The Economic Operator Declared The Winner; Invoicing And Payment Is Made Exclusively To And By The Contracting Authority. 2.7.2. . Multi-Tenant Architecture And Data Isolation The Solution Must Support A Multi-Tenant Architecture, Where Each Beneficiary Municipality Has A Completely Separate Environment. Both Isolation Through Distinct Virtual Machines For Each Municipality, Isolation Through Distinct Namespaces In A Container-Orchestrated Environment, Or Any Equivalent Solution That Cumulatively Provides The Requirements Below Are Accepted As Compliant Options. ● Ct-Prt-01: The Operational Data Of One Municipality Will Not Be Accessible From The Environment Of The Other Municipality.
