Repair And Maintenance Services Of Building Installations – 2026-44-Bau-Eu-X Framework Agreement For The Implementation Of Repair And Maintenance Services For Building Technology (Heating, Plumbing, Ventilation, Cooling) At The Swr Site In Mainz. Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement With A Contractor For The Implementation Of Regular Maintenance Services, Needs-Based Repair And Maintenance Services As Well As The Provision And Implementation Of An Emergency Service For The Building Services Systems Of The Heating, Ventilation, Plumbing And Refrigeration Trades At The Swr Site In Mainz. The Regular Maintenance Services Include The Systems And Maintenance Items Listed In The Service List, Including The Necessary Tests, Functional Checks And Documentation. Repair And Maintenance Services Are Commissioned As Required And Generally After Separate Approval From The Client. In The Event Of Urgent Technical Disruptions, Emergency Service Must Be Ensured During The Contractually Agreed Times. In The Event Of Disruptions Classified As Emergencies, A Maximum Arrival Time Of 60 Minutes Must Be Observed At The Affected Location. The Detailed Scope Of Services, Systems, Quantities, Maintenance Intervals, Service Items And Billing Modalities Can Be Found In The List Of Services (Appendix 02) And The Other Tender Documents. The Framework Agreement Has A Basic Term Of 24 Months From The Effective Award Of The Contract. The Client Can Extend The Framework Agreement Once For A Further 24 Months. The Maximum Total Term Is 48 Months.
