The Undertaking Also Includes Rough Planning Of Approximately 8 Hectares Of Business Land For Industrial And Establishment Purposes, Including The Establishment Of A Truck Service. The Construction Includes Ground And Construction Works Such As Excavation, Filling, Terracing And Construction Of Road Structures. Furthermore, Expansion Of Technical Infrastructure In The Form Of Water And Sewage Pipes, Stormwater Management And Lighting Facilities Is Included. The Contract Also Includes The Laying Of Ducting For Electricity And Fiber In The Area, Including The Required Empty Pipes, Wells And Associated Devices For Future Connections. The Construction Also Includes The Construction And Connection Of The Gc Road With The Existing Gc Stretch At Grabbogatan And Connection To The Lerbäcksleden.
