The Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision Of Comprehensive Cleaning And Disinfection Services In Facilities Belonging To The Provincial Specialist Hospital In Legnica, Including: 1) Provision Of Comprehensive Cleaning And Disinfection Services, 2) Cooperation With The Hospitals Medical Staff In The Field Of Patient Care, 3) Provision Of Internal Transport Services Within The Facilities And Between Facilities Belonging To The Hospital In Legnica At Ul. Iwaszkiewicza 5, 4) Providing Cleaning Services In The External Areas Belonging To The Hospital, Including The Care And Recultivation Of Green Areas, Clearing Snow And Maintaining Conditions Of Safe Use In The Winter, 5) Maintaining A Depository Of Clothes And Belongings Of The Hospitals Patients And Visitors. 2. The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Agreement Does Not Include The Following Hospital Rooms: 1) Administrative And Office Rooms Located On Level 0 (High Ground Floor) In Building 1D, 2) Hospital Pharmacy Located On Level -1 (Low Ground Floor) In Building 1B, 3) Hospital Kitchen Rooms, 4) Used By External Entities On The Basis Of Concluded Lease Agreements. 3. The Service Will Be Provided At The Ordering Partys Facilities Located At Ul. Iwaszkiewicza 5 In Legnica (59-220 Legnica). Information About The On-Site Visit: 1) The Ordering Party Recommends That The Contractor Conduct An On-Site Visit Before Submitting The Offer. The On-Site Visit Is Intended To Familiarize The Contractor With The Specific Nature Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Conditions For Its Implementation. 2) The Date Of The On-Site Visit May Be Set Individually By The Contractor Via The Https://Platformazakupowa.Pl/Transakcja/1397979 Platform, And The Final Date Of The Visit Must Take Place No Later Than 4 Days Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers. 3) The Purpose Of The On-Site Visit Is To Enable The Contractor To Make The Necessary Arrangements That Should Be Taken Into Account When Preparing The Offer And Determining The Scope Of Activities Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Order. 4) The Ordering Party Will Provide All Contractors With Equal Conditions For Undergoing An On-Site Visit. 5) The Contractor Is Obliged To Include In The Offer The Conditions That Can Be Determined During The On-Site Visit And All Activities Covered By The Subject Of The Order. 6) The On-Site Visit Does Not Replace Or Supplement The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Contained In The Order Documents Or Other Order Documents.
