The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Acquisition Of A Combination Of Ultra-High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (Uhplc) With High-Resolution Tandem Mass Spectrometry (Hrtms) Equipped With Ion Mobility. The Device Enables Complex Analysis Of Complex Samples Containing A Large Number Of Analytes In A Wide Range Of Molecular Weights, Polarity And Concentrations. It Enables A Detailed Structural Analysis Of Materials After Its Extraction Into The Liquid Phase And The Distribution Of Individual Components In Various Chromatographic Modes, As Well As Their Direct Analysis Using A Direct Probe Or Laser Desorption-Ionization (Without And With A Matrix). The Selectivity Of The Measurement Will Be Supported By Ion Mobility Separation With The Possibility Of Determining Collision Cross Sections To Support The Characterization Of Analytes. The Device Must Allow Targeted And Non-Targeted Analysis Of Sample Components.
