Clare County Council Has Been Granted Provisional Funding Under The Housing Infrastructure Investment Fund (Hiif) For A Residential Road Scheme At Claureen, Ennis, Co. Clare. This Involves The Construction Of An Enabling Road From The Previously Granted And Soon To Be Constructed Claureen Link Road Phase 1 (Lihaf) Between The N85 And Junction Of Drumcliffe Road Lees Road To Facilitate An Initial Development Of In Excess Of 200 Number Housing Units With Scope For Development For A Significant Number Of Housing Units On Surrounding Benefitting Lands.
