Coaches – Purchase Of A Bus For Zsckr In Lututoów. 4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of 1 Tourist Bus (Coach) Class Iii, Category M3. 4.2. The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Delivery Of One Complete, Brand New, Free From Technical And Legal Defects Tourist Bus Intended For Occasional And Excursion Transport, Together With Equipment, Documentation And Operating Instructions, Year Of Production No Older Than 2025. 2) The Vehicle Must Be Category M3, Class Iii (Tourist Coach, Intended For The Transport Of Seated Passengers), Approved For Road Traffic In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland. 3) A Brand New Or Demonstration Vehicle, Previously Unregistered, Unused, With A Permissible Mileage Of Max. 10,000 Km Related Only To Travel From The Production Site To The Ordering Partys Headquarters And Non-Commercial Demonstration Drives. 4) Full Truck Approval Confirmed By The Coc Document Delivered With The Bus. The Offered Model And Variant Cannot Be A Prototype And Must Come From Series Production. 5) The Contractor Provides, At Its Own Expense, Transport, Preparation Of The Vehicle For Operation, Submission Of Documents Required For Registration, Commissioning Of Equipment And Instruction Of The Ordering Partys Representatives. General Requirements For The Subject Of The Order. 6) The Vehicle Should Have Appropriate Type Approval, A Valid Document Of Conformity (Coc) Or Other Documents Provided For By Law Allowing For The First Registration In Poland, In Accordance With The Regulations In Force For The Type Of Vehicle Offered At The Time Of Delivery. 7) The Vehicle Must Meet The Safety And Approval Requirements Applicable To Category M3 And Class Iii, Resulting From, Among Others, Of Regulations (Eu) 2018/858 And (Eu) 2019/2144, Together With The Relevant Implementing Acts, In So Far As They Apply To The Vehicle When It Is Placed On The Market Or When It Is First Registered. 8) All Equipment Elements Must Be Permanently Installed And In Accordance With Their Manufacturers Recommendations. Safety Equipment, Emergency Exits And Control Systems Should Have Markings In Polish, To The Extent Required By Law. 9) The Contractor Will Instruct The Ordering Partys Employees In The Operation Of The Bus, Safety Elements, Air Conditioning, Heating And On-Board Equipment; The Instruction Covers At Least One Person Indicated By The Ordering Party. 4.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including A List Of The Minimum Required Technical And Operational Parameters Of The Vehicle, Is Described In Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
