The System Will Be Used In Particular For The Precise Microstructuring Of Different Materials, Such As Polyimide And Glass, As Well As For Thin-Film Ablation. In Addition, The Research Infrastructure Should Enable The Development And Application Of Ai-Based Methods For Structuring, Processing And Process Optimization. Its Use Is Intended For Research Projects In The Areas Of Sensors, Actuators And Medical Technology As Well As For Cross-University And Interdisciplinary Research Projects. What Is Required Is A Versatile Laser System That Enables Precise And Reproducible Processing Of Different Materials As Well As Flexible Adaptation To Various Scientific Questions. The Aim Of The Procurement Is To Create A Shared Research Infrastructure With A Wide Range Of Applications And Long-Term Scientific Use. The Complete Delivery And Operational Handover Of The System Must Take Place No Later Than 52 Weeks After The Contract Has Been Awarded. The Delivery And Execution Deadline Includes In Particular Delivery, Introduction, Assembly, Installation, Commissioning, Functional Testing, Handover Of The Complete Documentation And The Agreed Training. If The Training Does Not Take Place As Part Of The Preliminary Acceptance Or Final Acceptance, It Must Be Carried Out No Later Than Six Weeks After Commissioning.
