Refuse And Waste Related Services – Management Of Municipal Waste From Real Estate Residing In The Nowe Miasto Nad Wartą Commune And From The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Municipal Waste Management Service Consisting Of: 1) Accepting Municipal Waste, Specified By Type For The Order, At The Municipal Waste Collection Site Indicated And Provided By The Contractor, From The Municipal Waste Collection Operator, In A Manner Consistent With The Law And The Requirements Resulting From The Order Documents, 2) Possible Collection/Storage Of Municipal Waste, Including At The Place Of Municipal Waste Acceptance, After Its Acceptance And Before Processing, 3) Ensuring The Processing Of Accepted Fractions Of Municipal Waste In Recovery (R) Or Disposal (D) Processes, In Accordance With Applicable Law At Municipal Waste Processing Sites Provided By The Contractor, 4) Implementation Of Reporting And Information Obligations, 5) Implementation Of Obligations Guaranteeing The Ordering Party The Possibility Of Exercising Control And Verification Rights, 6) Implementation Of Services And Obligations Related To The Above-Mentioned In Items 1) - 5) Services - Hereinafter Collectively Referred To Municipal Waste Management Service. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And A Description Of The Ordering Partys Requirements For The Execution Of The Order Are Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) And Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Contract Template.
