The Preparation Of Condition Records And Maintenance Plans Must Ensure The Ordering Party An Overview And A Tool For Planning Maintenance Tasks Across The Ordering Partys Building Portfolio. It Is Crucial For The Ordering Party That The Supplier Is Able To Deliver A Uniform And High Quality Of The Services, Which Ensures That The Ordering Partys Employees Can Subsequently Work Effectively With The Data, Descriptions, Proposals And Activities That Are Given In Connection With Energy Labeling With Supplementary Data Recording As Well As Condition Records And Maintenance Plans. The Offer Includes Energy Labeling With Supplementary Data Recording As Well As Condition Registration And Maintenance Plans, For Buildings As Selected By The Ordering Party And Which Are Covered By Requirements For Regular Energy Labeling Or Requirements For Energy Labeling When Selling Or Letting. In Addition, The Clients Buildings Between 60 M2 And 250 M2 Are Included. It Is A Requirement That The Supplier Uses The Platform.
