The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of The Combined Supply Of Natural Gas To The Collection Points For The City Of Liptovský Mikuláš And Its Organizations Within The Scope Of The Establishment, Including The Assumption Of Responsibility For The Deviation, Including Storage, Structuring, Transportation, Distribution And Excise Duty In A Quality Corresponding To The Technical Conditions Of The Distribution Network Operator, Subject To Compliance With The Applicable Legislation Of The Slovak Republic, Technical Conditions And Operating Rules Of The Distribution Network Operator From 01.01.2027 To 31.12.2027, With The Possibility Of An Option For Another 12 Months Until 31.12.2028.
