The Order Covers Carrying Out Activities For The Periodic Supply Of Parts And Consumables For Air-Conditioning Installations For The Needs Of The Mma And Its Subordinate Structures In The Country, By Types And Quantities, For Which Characteristics And Requirements Are Presented In The Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1.1), An Integral Part Of The Documentation. The Deliveries Of The Goods Under The Specified Item Will Be Carried Out Periodically, After Receiving Preliminary Written Requests From The Contracting Authority. The Quantities Indicated In The Technical Specifications Are Indicative/Forecast And Deliveries Depend On The Current Needs Of The Bma. The Contracting Authority Has No Obligation To Declare (Order) The Entire Quantity And/Or All The Nomenclatures. Within The Framework Of The Term Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority, Depending On Its Current Needs, Will Declare The Necessary Quantities Of Goods Until The Estimated Value Of The Individual Item Is Reached.
