The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Subscription To The Solution Used By The Ordering Party Called Infoblox Threat Defense (Hereinafter Referred To As The System) And The Provision Of Technical Support Services For A Period Of 36 Months Or The Delivery Of An Equivalent Solution. 2. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged In Particular To: 1) Grant All Subscriptions, Licenses And Access To Services Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Infoblox Threat Defense System Used By The Ordering Party, Including Management Of Dns, Dhcp And Ip Addressing (Ipam), Detection Of Network Devices, Reporting, Dns Protection And The Secure Dns Name Resolution Service Along With Access To Data On It Security Threats For 1,800 Users, Or Delivery, Implementation And Configuration Of An Equivalent Solution; In The Event Of Offering A Subscription For The Infoblox Threat Defense System Used By The Ordering Party, The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Extend The Dns Subsystem Subscription (2 Virtual Machines) Until January 3, 2027, In A Way That Ensures The Continuity Of Operation Of The System, B) Ensure The Renewal Of All Subscriptions To The Infoblox Threat Defense System For A Period Of 36 Months From January 4, 2027. If An Equivalent Solution Is Offered, The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver, Implement And Configure The Solution Along With Providing All Required Subscriptions, Updates And Manufacturer Support For A Period Of 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol Without Any Comments. A Detailed Description Of Individual Elements Of The System Can Be Found In The Annex To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 2) Granting The Ordering Party A Package Of 144 Hours For The Technical Support Service For The System Within A Period Of 36 Months Counted From January 4, 2027. In The Case Of Providing A Subscription To The Infoblox Thread Defense Solution Or Within A Period Of 36 Months Counted From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol In The Case Of Providing A Subscription To An Equivalent Solution, To The Extent That At Least: A) Providing The Latest Versions Of Systems And Any Corrections And Updates, B) Registering Cases Of Incorrect Operation Of Subsystems, C) Providing Assistance, Explanations And Short Advice Related To The Use Of Subsystems. 3. The Contractor Will Perform The Activities Referred To Above In Point 2 Point 1) Within 14 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement, Which Will Be Confirmed By Signing The Acceptance Protocol Without Any Comments. 4.
