Winter Maintenance And Snow Removal Of The Republican Roads Within The City Of Velingrad The Selected Contractor Should Carry Out All Activities Provided For In Ordinance No. Rd-02-20-19 Of November 12, 2012 On Maintenance And Ongoing Repair Of Roads - Part Iv Winter Maintenance - Snow Removal, Sandblasting, Maintenance Etc., On The Lane(S) For The Traffic Of The Republican Roads Within The Borders Of The City Of Velingrad, Distributed By Directions, Roads And Kilometers /According To The List - Table No. 2/, And The Implementation Is Carried Out Regularly, Throughout The Winter Season, Fixed By The Contract For The Implementation Of The Order. The Organization Of The Activities For The Winter Maintenance Of The Republican Roads Within The Borders Of The City Of Velingrad Is Carried Out By The Selected Contractor, And The Control Of The Implementation Is Carried Out By The Municipality Of Velingrad. Winter Maintenance Activities Should Be Carried Out In Such A Way As To Ensure Safe Conditions For The Movement Of Motor Vehicles, Equivalent To Those Outside The Boundaries Of The Inhabited Place. The Selected Contractor Should, Within 14 (Fourteen) Days From The Date Of The Contract, Prepare And Submit For The Approval Of The Contractor An Operational Plan For Winter Maintenance And Snow Removal, As Well As Schemes For The Work Routes, Equipment And Drivers In Each Direction And A Telephone Number For Permanent Contact With The Drivers. The Documents Come Into Force After Their Approval By The Contracting Authority. If Necessary, They Can Be Updated In The Same Order. The Selected Contractor Should Fulfill The Order Assigned To Him In A Timely And Qualitative Manner, Ensuring Normal Passability And Safe Operation Of The Republican Roads Within The Borders Of The Town Of Velingrad, Included In The Order. The Selected Contractor Should Carry Out: 1. Preparatory Work: Preparation Of Operational Plans For Winter Maintenance For The Duration Of The Contract, Technical Inspections Of Machines And Equipment, Provision Of Necessary Materials, Etc.; 2. Maintenance Of The Specialized Equipment For The Execution Of The Order At His Own Expense In Good Technical Condition For The Entire Period Of Execution Of The Order; 3. 24-Hour Duty Of People And Equipment During The Winter Season; 4. Independent Provision Of Data And Forecasts For The Meteorological Situation With A View To Ensuring Organization For The Execution Of The The Order; 5. Provision Of A Reference Point For The Execution Of The Order; 6. Collection And Transmission, At Its Own Expense, Of Information On The State Of The Road Network During The Winter Season; Submission Of Information To Those On Duty From The Permanent Commission For The Protection Of The Population In The Event Of Disasters, Accidents And Catastrophes; 7. Snow Cleaning (Patrol And Periodic) Of The Roads Until The Appropriate Degrees And Level Of Winter Maintenance Are Achieved, 8. Clearing Of Snow Banks, Drifts And Snowdrifts; 9. Removal Of Compacted Snow And Snow-Ice Layers, Ice And Slush; 10. Road Safety Against Slipping: Delivery And Spreading Of Mineral Materials; 11. Crossing Of Snow Banks On The Bank For Normal Drainage Of
