The Schulwerk Of The Diocese Of Augsburg, An Ecclesiastical Foundation Under Public Law, Is Tendering The Property Planning For Outdoor Facilities (Service Description § 39 Hoai) For The General Renovation And The Partial Replacement Construction Of The Rhabanus-Maurus-Gymnasium In St. Ottilien In Stages Starting From Lph 1. The Rhabanus-Maurus-Gymnasium, Which Currently Has Over 680 Students And 60 Teachers, Is Now Located In A School Building From The 1960S That Was Expanded In The 1970S, 1980S And 1990S. The Current School Building Is Not Barrier-Free And Has Significant Functional Deficiencies As Well As Structural/Physical Deficiencies. The So-Called Day Home (Former St. Katharina Monastery) Currently Houses Rooms For All-Day Care For Students. The Former Monastery Of St. Katharina Has Now Been Placed Under Monument Protection As An Individual Monument. After Detailed Variant Investigations, It Is Now Planned To Completely Renovate The Former St. Katharina Monastery And Use It For School Purposes In The Future. In Addition, A Partial Replacement Building For The Rhabanus-Maurus-Gymnasium With A Bri Of Approx. 22,754.60 M2 Is To Be Built. The Existing School Building Will Largely Be Dismantled. The Subject Of This Tender Is The Gradual Awarding Of The Required Outdoor Facility Planning Services In Accordance With Section 39 Hoai For The General Renovation Of The St. Katharina Monastery And The Partial Replacement Building Of The Rhabanus-Maurus-Gymnasium. Level 1: Basic Determination (Lph 1) And Preliminary Planning (Lph 2). Stage 2: Design Planning (Lph 3) And Approval Planning (Lph 4). Level 3: Implementation Planning (Lph 5), Preparation Of The Award (Lph 6) And Participation In The Award (Lph 7). Level 4: Construction Supervision And Documentation (Lph 8) And Property Management (Lph 9). The Schulwerks Board Of Trustees Has Decided On A Maximum Gross Budget Of Eur 46.8 Million (Kg 200 To 700). This Includes Costs For The Commissioned Outdoor Facilities Amounting To Eur 1.50 Million (Including Sales Tax And Additional Construction Costs). These Are Agreed As A Binding Upper Cost Limit. The Aim Is To Further Reduce The Limit. The Open Spaces To Be Designed Cover Approximately 5,940 M2. The Scope Results From The Project Description.
