The Previous Supply Via The Vgu Will Be Closed With The Introduction Of The New Direct Insurance For New Employees. For Employees Who Had Already Acquired Pension Entitlements From Vgu At The Time Of The Reorganization, These Will Be Maintained And Can Be Continued. These Employees Have The Option Of Voluntarily Joining The Direct Insurance Subject To The General Participation Requirements (E.G.
