The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Provision Of The Accompanying Documentation, Instructions For Use, Technical Sheets, Warranty Documents, Certificates, Declarations Of Conformity, License Documents, Activation Data Or Other Documents, If They Are Relevant To The Delivered Goods, As Well As Basic Instruction Of The Buyers Authorized Persons On The Use Of The Delivered Equipment, If The Nature Of The Goods Requires It The Subject Of The Contract Is Listed In Appendix No. 1 Of The Tender Documents And The Contractual Conditions Listed In Appendix No. 3 Of The Tender Documents.
