The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Comprehensive Security Operations Center (Soc) As A Service (Soc-As-A-Service) As Part Of The E-Health For Mazovia 3 Project. The Service Includes The Delivery, Implementation, Configuration And Maintenance Of A Central Siem/Soar System With The Necessary Accompanying Infrastructure (Including Vulnerability Scanners, Local Log Collectors) And Constant Monitoring Of The Security Of The It Infrastructure Of The Ordering Party And 26 Project Partners On A Continuous Basis (24/7/365). 3. The Detailed Scope Was Specified In The Opz - Annex No. 2 To The Swz And In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement - Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 4. Deadline For Order Completion: By September 30, 2030, Provided That The Basic Part Of The Order, I.E. Without Taking Into Account The Option Rights, Will Be Completed By September 30, 2029 (The Starting Date Of January 1, 2027 Indicated In Section 5.1.3 Of The Announcement Is The Estimated Date) 5. The Above Order Will Be Awarded After Carrying Out The Procedure Specified For A Single-Source Order. The Conclusion Of The Contract Will Be Preceded By An Appropriate Invitation To Negotiations And Negotiations.
