New Construction Of An Office Building With Associated Works Call For Applications - Stage 1 Bodens Energi Ab Hereby Invites Contractors To Apply For Participation In A Selective Procedure According To The Law (2016:1146) On Procurement In The Supply Sectors (Luf). The Procurement Concerns The New Construction Of An Office Building With A 3-Storey Frame Of Steel And Wood (Approx. 665M2 Per Floor), Skywalk, Carports With Associated Ground And Construction Works, Such As Parking Areas, Walkways, Ground Heating And Green Spaces. Some Demolition Of Existing Smaller Structures Is Also Included. The Assignment Will Be Carried Out As A General Contractor According To Ab 04. The Purpose Of Step 1 Is To Identify Contractors Who Have Sufficient Financial, Technical And Organizational Capacity To Carry Out The Assignment. The Three (3) Contractors Who Meet All Qualification Requirements And Receive The Highest Total Added Value Points Will Be Invited To Submit Tenders In Step 2.
