The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes: Delivery Of Food Products, As Follows: Bread And Bakery Products, Meat And Meat Products, Milk And Dairy Products, Fruits And Vegetables, Spices And Other Food Products, After A Prior Request From The Contracting Authority. The Specified Types Of Food In The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1 Of The Documentation Are Estimated In Quantity And The Contracting Authority Has No Obligation For Their Complete Utilization, As Well As May Declare Other Products Beyond Those Specified Within The Maximum Value Under The Concluded Contract, And The Price Of The Same Will Be Indicated In The Price List Provided By The Contractor With The Given Items For Each Request, To Which The Commercial Discount Percentage Indicated By Him In His Price Proposal (Appendix No. 3) Will Be Applied. The Indication Of A Commercial Discount Percentage In The Price Offer Is Mandatory!. The Delivered Food Products Must Have An Expiration Date Marked On The Products, Which Must Have No Less Than 70% Of The Total Expiration Date Announced By The Manufacturer. According To Art. 47A Of The Llp And Regulation No. H-1 Of July 23, 2024 On The Environmental Requirements For Certain Products Subject To Public Procurement, The Documentation Contains Environmental Requirements For The Products That Are Delivered. The Requirements Are Specified In The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1 Of The Documentation.
