The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Support Services Performed In The Ordering Partys Technical Environment Described In Annex No. 1, To The Extent Specified In Annex No. 2, I.E.: Maintenance Services And Programming Services. The Basic Order Covers The Provision Of Support Services For A Period Of 24 Months, Including Maintenance Services And Programming Services For A Maximum Of 1,500 Man-Hours. Option Right: The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right. Under The Option Right, The Order Will Cover The Provision Of Support Services For The Next 12 Months, Including The Provision Of Maintenance Services During This Period And Programming Services Within The Remaining, Inexhaustible Part Of The Pool Of Hours Of Programming Services Provided For In The Basic Order.
