The Subject Of The Construction Project Is The Continuation Of Construction Works In Order To Complete The Construction Of 8 Retention Ponds Along With The Accompanying Infrastructure And The Development Of Green Areas. The Intended Use Of The Facility Will Be The Retention Of Rainwater In Retention Ponds And The Use Of A Multifunctional Space Intended For Rest And Relaxation, Practicing Sports And Spending Free Time For People From Many Social, Age And Cultural Groups In The Existing Green Areas. The Investment Area Includes Three Zones - Water: With Retention Ponds In An East-West Arrangement And With All Hydrotechnical Facilities. The Second Zone, Located In The South-Central Part Of The Site, Is Based On Maintaining A Cluster Of Adult Trees In The Existing Green Area. This Place Will Be A Natural Refuge Left To Natural Succession And Will Serve As An Educational, Recreational And Sports Facility. The Third Zone Is Located In The North-Central Part Of The Study Area And Is A Combination Of Green Areas And Public Areas. It Is Mainly Characterized By A Recreational Function With Designed Fitness Equipment.
