The Works Include Equipping The Facilities With Lighting To Enable Playing After Dark And Installing An Automated Irrigation System For Two Pitches. The Construction Works Will Be Carried Out As Part Of The Investment Project Entitled: Modernization Of Two Full-Size Football Pitches On The Premises Of Osir In Dzierżoniów. The Task Will Be Co-Financed By The Fund For The Development Of Physical Culture At The Ministry Of Sport And Tourism - Program For The Construction Of Full-Size Football Pitches - Edition 2025.1.2. The Subject Of The Order Consists Of Two Stages According To: Design And Build Formula: 1) Stage I - Development Of Complete Design Documentation In All Industries Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Task (In Particular: Electrical, Sanitary, Structural And Technological In The Field Of Sports Facilities And Terrain). This Documentation Must Meet The Requirements Of The Construction Law And The Regulation On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation (Journal Of Laws 2021.2454 Of 2021/12/29) And Include In Particular: A) Multi-Discipline Construction Design, Consisting Of: - Land Development Design (Pzt), - Architectural And Construction Design (Pab), - Technical Design (Pt) For Each Of The Industries; B) A Complete Detailed Design (Pw) For Each Industry, Constituting A Detailed Description Of The Construction Design To The Extent Enabling The Implementation Of Works; C) Developing For All Industries: Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), Detailed Offer Cost Estimates And Bills Of Quantities; D) Obtaining On Behalf Of The Ordering Party All Final And Final Decisions, Permits, Opinions (Including Geotechnical Opinions And Possible Documentation Of Subsoil Tests) And Consents Necessary To Carry Out Construction Works Related To The Modernization Of Two Training Pitches At The Sports And Recreation Center At Ul.
