The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The Office Part Of The District Office Building.2.Construction Works Will Be Carried Out On The Ordering Partys Premises And Facilities Where The Ordering Partys Statutory Activities Are Carried Out. The Contractor Undertakes To Take Into Account All Comments And Restrictions Of The Ordering Party In This Respect.3.The Employer Requires That The Areas Adjacent To The Works Area Be Tidied Up Every Day, And The Works Area Be Secured And Fenced Off In A Way That Allows Normal Use Of The Areas Adjacent To It.4.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Order Documents, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And, Additionally, In The Bill Of Quantities, Which Constitute An Integral Part Of The Specification - Annex No. 2 To Swz5.The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Were Also Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
