The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New, 9-Seat Minibus Adapted To Transport Disabled People, Including People In Wheelchairs, For The Needs Of The Gościno Commune, Equipped With A Place To Anchor A Wheelchair, An Elevator And Ramps. The Vehicle Must Have 9 Seats, Including The Drivers Seat, And Be Adapted To Transport At Least One Disabled Person In A Wheelchair Who Remains In The Wheelchair While Driving. A Position For Transporting A Person In A Wheelchair May Be Created By Dismantling Or Appropriately Configuring Passenger Seats, Provided That The Vehicle Complies With The Approval Documents And The Road Traffic Permit. The Offered Vehicle Must Enable The Safe Transportation Of A Person In A Wheelchair, Using An Approved Wheelchair Mounting System And A System For Securing The Transported Person, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Manufacturers Documentation. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Vehicle In A Configuration Enabling The Transport Of A Person In A Wheelchair And To Provide Documents Confirming The Permissible Number Of Seats And Compliance Of The Vehicles Adaptation With The Approval Requirements.
