1) The Subject Of The Order Is One Periodic Inspection And Replacement Of Operating Parts Of The 1800 Mpa High-Pressure Station. The 1800 Mpa High-Pressure Station Consists Of: Micropump Mp 5 S/N 1333/14 + Control Unit S/N 1332/14 And Actuator S/N 1339/15.2) The Scope Of The Order Includes: A) One Service Inspection Covering All Activities Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, B) Commissioning And Functional Tests Of The Station, Calibration, C) Training In The Correct And Safe Operation Of The Station High-Pressure Equipment (The Contractor Will Provide Training For At Least 3 People, At The Date And Place Indicated By The Ordering Party), C) Granting A Warranty For Consumable Parts Delivered As Part Of The Service And For Service Work.3) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 2 To The Swz;4) Order Completion Date: Up To 3 Weeks From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, But No Later Than December 10, 2026.5) Place Of Order Implementation: 75 Pułku Piechoty 1A, 41-500 Chorzów.6) Warranty: Min. 6 Months For Consumable Parts Delivered As Part Of The Service And For Service Work From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol. The Warranty Period, Apart From The Price, Is A Criterion For Evaluating Offers. The Contractor May Offer A Longer Warranty Period Than The Minimum Period Indicated Above. The Offer Of The Contractor Who Offers A Longer Warranty Period Will Receive Points Under This Evaluation Criterion, In Accordance With Chapter Xiii Section 2 Point 2) Swz. 7) Detailed Terms Of Order Execution And Payment Terms Are Included In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
