Tenders Are Invited For Supply Of It Equipment For The Purpose Of Expanding The It Infrastructure Of The Academic It Center

1. The Subject Of The Order In This Procedure Is The Supply Of The Following It Equipment: 1) Ip/Mpls Backbone Network Switches (2 Pieces); 2.The Technical And Scope Description Of The Subject Of The Order In Task 1 Is Provided In Annex No. 2A To Swz3.The Scope Of Delivery Constituting The Subject Of This Order Under A Given Task Includes At Least: 1) Sale And Delivery Of The Offered Equipment To The Ordering Party; 2) Providing The Ordering Party With A Warranty For The Equipment, However, It Is Required To Grant A Warranty For A Period Of Not Less Than: 20 Months From The Date Of Issue Of The Equipment To The Ordering Party; 3) Providing The Ordering Party With A License Free From Legal Defects Entitling The Ordering Party To Use The Computer Programs (Software) Offered As Part Of A Given Task From Annex No. 2A Swz 4) Providing The Ordering Party (Within A Given Task) With Appropriate Documentation Of The Equipment With Tasks: A) A Warranty Document For Granting The Ordering Party The Guarantee Referred To Above (To The Extent Resulting From The Submitted Offer For A Given Task/Tasks); B) Instructions For The Use And Proper Operation (Including Possibly Servicing And Maintenance) Of The Equipment For A Given Task/Tasks; C) Other Documents, If The Offered Equipment For A Given Task/Tasks, Its Manufacturer Or Contractor, Or Legal Regulations Require Such Documents To Be Use Of The Equipment For A Given Task On The Part Of The Ordering Party (As A User).4.The Scope Of This Order (Delivery) Under A Given Task Also Includes Additional Services Requiring Performance On The Part Of The Contractor As Part Of The Implementation Of The Order Agreement, Such As Removing Defects And Providing Other Services To The Ordering Party In Connection With The Warranty Granted For The Offered And Delivered Equipment In The Task.5.Detailed Conditions For The Implementation Of The Above-Mentioned Services On The Contractors Side - Also Include The Provisions Of The Model Agreement For A Given Task, I.E.
