Tenders Are Invited For Providing Winter Maintenance Services For Urban Roads And Sidewalks In The City Of Mszana Dolna In The Winter Season 2026/2027.

1. Partial Task No. 1 - Providing Winter Maintenance Services For City Roads And Sidewalks In The City Of Mszana Dolna In The Winter Season 2026/2027 On The Right Bank Of The Mszanka River In The Part Of The City. This Part Is Marked In The Procurement Documents As Part A And Covers Winter Maintenance Of 20,595 Km Of Roads With Adjacent Sidewalks, Including Ad Hoc Snow Removal Of 3,245 Km.2. A Detailed List Of Roads For Winter Maintenance In Partial Tasks Is Included In Annex No. 8 To Swz.3. The Purpose Of Winter Road Maintenance Services (Zud) In Each Partial Task Is To Ensure Passability And Limit Disruptions To Road Traffic Flow Caused By Atmospheric Phenomena Such As: Snowfall, Sleet, Freezing Drizzle Or Winter Slipperiness Of Roads And Sidewalks In Accordance With The Standards And Conditions Resulting From The Detailed Technical Specification For Comprehensive Winter Road Maintenance, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz. 4. The Scope Of The Orders Tasks Includes In Particular: 1) Snow Removal, 2) Combating And Preventing Winter Slipperiness By Using Chemicals Or Roughening Materials, 3) Removing Accumulated Snow On Sidewalks Located In Maintained Roads, 4) Cleaning The Streets After The End Of The Snow Season. 5. The Contractor Will Provide The Vehicles And Equipment Necessary To Complete The Order, Enabling Timely And Proper Performance Of The Service. The Contractor Will Provide Services In A Manner That Does Not Threaten The Safe Use Of Roads And Sidewalks. Snow Will Be Removed By Scraping The Snow Cover Over The Entire Width Of The Road. The Cleared Snow Must Not Prevent Or Impede Vehicle Traffic, Especially At Intersections, Entrances, Exits, Bus Stops And Places Intended For Pedestrian Traffic.6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Conditions Of Its Implementation Were Specified In The Procedure Documentation, In Particular In The Detailed Technical Specification For Comprehensive Winter Road Maintenance (Sst), A Detailed List Of Roads And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Constituting An Annex To The Swz.
