Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Medical Gases Along With The Lease Of Cylinders And The Lease Of A Tank For Szpital Powiatowy Sp. Z O. O. Restructuring In Golub-Dobrzyń.

The Subject Of The Order Includes The Supply Of Oxygen Together With The Lease Of A Cylinder, The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Partial Offers, Provided That The Offer In Each Part Should Be Complete And Should Meet The Detailed Requirements Specified In The Assortment And Price Form, Constituting Annex No. 2.1 To The Swz, As Well As The Requirements Contained In The Swz. Supplies Of Medical Gases Will Be Made Successively, According To The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Volume And Range Of Supplies Will Be Determined Each Time When Submitting Order. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Subject Of The Order Using Its Own Transport. The Delivered Gases Should Have A Validity Period Of Not Less Than 6 Months From The Date Of Delivery. Each Delivery Of Medical Oxygen Can Only Be Carried Out With A Quality Certificate (Required By Polish Law - Certificates Issued By The Manufacturer Of Medical Gases For Marketing Authorization In Accordance With The Polish Standard.
