Tenders Are Invited For Provision Of Catering Services For The Needs Of Uksw In Warsaw

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Catering Services In The Premises And Facilities Of The Ordering Party, Including Those Located At: 1.1 Ul. Dewajtis 5,1.2 Ul. Wóycickiego 1/3,1.3 Ul. Marii Konopnicka 1, 05-092 Dziekanów Leśny, And Other Places Indicated By The Ordering Party In Accordance With Current Orders, During Various Forms Of Cultural Activities Organized By Uksw In Warsaw, Special Meetings, Events (Including Outdoor Events), Conferences/Seminars, Symposia, Concerts, Guest Visits And Other Circumstances That Arise, E.G. Rescue Operations, But Not Further Than 30 Km From The City Limits. St. Warsaw.2. The Catering Service In Question Includes Comprehensive Preparation, Delivery And Serving Of Dishes At The Agreed Time And Place, In Accordance With The Guidelines Contained In The Price Form - Annex No. 1 To The Offer Form. It Includes Both Main Courses, Snacks And Drinks, Which Will Be Agreed In Advance And Tailored To The Customers Needs.3. By Comprehensive Event Catering Service, The Ordering Party Understands The Preparation Of Dishes And Their Delivery, Provision Of Waiter Service And Service, Appropriate Tableware And Glassware Depending On The Type Of Event And The Rank Of Guests, As Well As Cleaning After The Service, Including The Removal/Disposal Of Post-Consumer Waste And Production Waste At Its Own Expense.4. Annex No. 1 To The Offer Form - Price Form Includes, Among Others: Grammage Of The Given Items. The Weight Determines The Weight Of The Basic Ingredient Of Individual Dishes In The Field Of Appetizers And Additions To Main Courses. Weight Less Than 25 G.5. The Ordering Party Stipulates That: 5.1. The Quantities Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Offer Form - Price Form Are Estimated Quantities Used To Calculate The Offer Price, Compare Offers And Select The Most Advantageous Offer. The Contractor With Whom The Ordering Party Signs A Contract Is Not Entitled To Claim For The Provision Of The Service In The Amounts Specified In The Price Form, The Total Value Of The Orders Will Not Exceed The Gross Amount Allocated By The Ordering Party For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, I.E. Pln 470,000.00.5.2. Exceeding The Gross Value Given In The Items Indicated In The Price Form By The Ordering Party As Not Higher Than And Providing In The Total Column The Total Gross Value Higher Than Pln 470,000.00 Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer In Accordance With Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5) Of The Public Procurement Law.6.
