Tenders Are Invited For Successive Collection, Transport And Management In The Process Of Recovery Of Excessively Thickened Sludge From The Sewage Treatment Plant In Bojszowy

The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection, Transport And Management In The Recovery Process Of Thickened Sewage Sludge From The Sewage Treatment Plant In Bojszowy (43-220), At Ul. Gościnna. The Total Amount Of Sewage Sludge Produced After Thickening Is: Approx. 3,000 M3 Per Year. The Dry Matter Content In The Sludge Is Approximately 5% (Thickened Sludge Suitable For Pumping). The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Method Of Sludge Management To Be R10 Recovery Or Storage. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Collect The Thickened Sludge Using A Slurry Tanker With A Sludge Tank Volume Of At Least 20 M3 - At One Time, And The Sludge Will Be Collected 2 Or 3 Times A Week, From Monday To Friday, Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party. Estimated Amount Of Sludge To Be Collected Per Week – Approx. 50 M3. The Contractor Must Ensure The Collection Of Thickened Sludge According To The Employers Needs, In A Successive Manner. After Each Collection Of A Batch Of Sludge And Its Delivery To The Processing Site, The Contractor Ensures That The Sludge Is Weighed On A Verified Scale. The Weight Must Be Given In Tonnes With An Accuracy Of At Least 2 Decimal Places. The Waste Producer - The Ordering Party Will Issue Waste Transfer Cards In Accordance With Applicable Regulations (In The Bdo System). Upon Receipt Of The Sludge, The Contractor Takes Full Responsibility For The Management Of The Sludge In Accordance With Art. 27 Section 3 Of The Waste Act. The Ordering Party Absolutely Requires That The Offered Method Of Sewage Sludge Management Complies With Applicable Regulations, In Particular The Waste Act Of December 14, 2012, Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 779, As Amended) And The Relevant Implementing Regulations Regarding Sewage Sludge With Code 19 08 05. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Service Will Be Settled According To The Actual Weight Of Sewage Sludge Collected And Managed, On A Monthly Basis (After The End Of Each Calendar Month). To Estimate The Mass Of Sludge For The Purposes Of This Procedure, It Is Assumed That 1 M3 Of Collected Thickened Sludge Weighs 1 Mg (Ton). The Ordering Party May Request The Presentation Of Weight Receipts Or Equivalent Documents Confirming The Weight Of The Collected Sludge. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Question The Amount Of Collected Sludge If, In Its Opinion, It Is Inconsistent With The Actual Situation. Sludge Collection From The Treatment Plant Area Will Be Possible From Monday To Friday From 6:00 A.M. To 4:00 P.M. Sludge Collection (Vehicle Parking For The Duration Of Sludge Pumping) Should Not Last Longer Than 90 Minutes Each Time. Before Submitting An Offer, The Contractor Should Become Familiar With The Location Conditions At The Bojszowy Treatment Plant And The Infrastructure At The Facility (On-Site Visit), Due To The Limited Maneuverability Of Large-Sized Vehicles.
