Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Promotional And Advertising Items - Divided Into 4 Parts

1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of The Following Services To The Ordering Party: 1.1.Production Of Materials Bearing The Ordering Partys Logo (In Accordance With The Brand Book Referred To In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement (Hereinafter Referred To As Ppu), After Prior Approval Of The Designs By The Ordering Party (In The Case Of Part No. 1 And Part No. 4 Of The Order), 1.2. Delivering The Goods To The Place Of Performance Together With The Required Documents Using Its Own Transport And At Its Own Cost And Risk, 1.3. Unloading The Goods From The Means Of Transport And Transporting (Bringing) Them To The Premises Indicated By The Ordering Party - At The Ordering Partys Own Expense And Risk.2 The Ordering Party Requires That Promotional Materials Be Of Good Quality, Aesthetically Pleasing And Carefully Crafted. 3 The Items Must Not Be Permanently Deformed. There Must Be No Scratches/Cracks Or Other Visible Damage On The Items. Logos Should Be Adapted To The Material On Which They Will Be Printed And Must Be Durable. And Damage, Of High Quality, Not Worse Than Those Specified By The Ordering Party In The Description Contained In The Document In Question, And Also Meet The Conditions Specified For Safe Products Within The Meaning Of Article 3 Of The Act Of November 7, 2025 On Supervision Over General Product Safety.5 All Articles Should Be Packed In Collective Boxes And Marked With The Number Of Pieces, Color And Type Of The Article.6 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) For Part 1 Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 1A, And The Detailed Conditions And Rules For The Execution Of The Order Are Specified In The Ppu, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
