Expression of Interest for control and supervision of works to construct certain sections of the Ngoura II - Yokadouma road in the East Region. The services include the control and supervision of construction works along two (2) sections of the road, namely S1: Ngoura II - Wosso (50.7 km), including the construction of a bridge approximately 200 m long and S2: Wosso-Ngoundi 1-Yokadouma (105.4 km), divided into two lots of works, including related facilities. These two sections shall be under two separate contracts. Control and Supervision of Works to Construct Certain Sections of the Ngoura Ii - Yokadouma Road in the East Region. The Services Include the Control and Supervision of Construction Works along Two (2) Sections of the Road, Namely s1: Ngoura Ii - Wosso (50.7 Km), including the Construction of a Bridge Approximately 200 M Long and s2: Wosso-Ngoundi 1-Yokadouma (105.4 Km), Divided into Two Lots of Works, including Related Facilities. These Two Sections shall be under Two Separate Contracts. The services to be provided under this operation will mainly include: (i) a review of the available technical documents prior to the actual start of works; (ii) management of the works contract on behalf of the project owner; (iii) technical, administrative and financial monitoring of the execution of works; (iv) quality control of the works and the quantities used in accordance with the technical specifications; (v) examination of the execution plan and calculation notes or any execution studies; (vi) supporting and monitoring the implementation of environmental and social measures; (vii) all services required to ensure compliance with the target cost and the execution time frame agreed in accordance with the works contract; and (viii) the preparation of various reports during the works execution. These services are divided into three main tasks as follows: Mission 1. (WEM): Works Contract Execution Management; Mission 2. (SMC) Scheduling, Management and Coordination of site; Mission 3.
