Donor: Agence Française de Développement (AFD) 1. Objective Within the framework of the support for the development of the Ibn Sina College for Health Professions at Nablus University for Vocational and Technical Education, funded by AFD, French Red Cross - Palestine delegation intends to procure the supply and delivery of training manikins and medical simulation equipment required for the establishment of a Reference Center for Health Simulation at Ibn Sina College. 2. Scope of the procurement The procurement will be divided into the following lots LOT N°1 : High-Fidelity Simulation Equipment LOT N°2 : Medical Equipment LOT N°3 : Basic Life Support (BLS) Training Equipment. LOT N°4: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Training Equipment Suppliers may submit an offer for one or several lots. 3.
