The Terms Of Reference (Tor) For This Request For Proposals (Rfp) Cover The Mobilization,Commissioning, Operation Support, Decommissioning, And Reporting For A Filtration Pilot Study For The Anaclawater System. The Intended Proponent For This Rfp Is An Experienced Water Treatment Technology Supplierwith A Proven Track Record In Pilot-Scale And Full-Scale Filtration For Potable Groundwater Treatment, Includingammonia Removal. Within The Tor, The Proponent Is Referred To As The Pilot Contractor. The Pilotcontractor Is Expected To Enter Into A Contractual Agreement (Appendix A) With Hfn In The Execution Ofthe Work.The Pilot Study Is Intended To Generate Site-Specific Data To Confirm A Suitable Treatment Process For Theanacla Source Water Before Full-Scale Implementation. Proponents Shall Review The Available Water-Qualityinformation And Propose An Appropriate Treatment Approach. While This Rfp Is Based On Biologicalfiltration, Alternative Treatment Processes May Also Be Proposed. The Pilot Contractor Will Coordinate Withhfn And Mcelhanney Ltd.
