The Investment Company Kreis Düren Mbh As The Owner Of Railway Systems Located Predominantly In The Düren District, Rurtalbahn Gmbh As The Railway Infrastructure Company Responsible For The Aforementioned Railway Systems And Niederrheinbahn Gmbh, Which Operates The Railway Line Between Moers And Kamp-Lintfort That Is Still To Be Expanded (Hereinafter Collectively Referred To As The Client), Are Setting Up An Updated Qualification System In Accordance With Section 48 Of The Sector Ordinance To Determine The Suitability For Construction Work In The Area Of Railways (Sektvo) And Will Operate It. Rurtalbahn Gmbh Is In Charge Of The Qualification System.
