Bids For The Construction Of The Project Will Be Received At Covington City Hall Located At 2194 Emory Street N.W., Covington, Ga 30014, Until, Tuesday, December 1, 2026 At 10:00 Am Est Local Time. At That Time The Bids Received Will Be Publicly Opened And Read. The Project Includes The Following Work:The Three Ring Access Road Culvert Improvements Project Consists Of Approximately: Construction Of A 30-Foot Long 9-Foot By 4-Foot Reinforced Concrete Box Culvert Through A Perennial Stream; Streambank Stabilization; Sanitary Sewer Main, Fiber Optic Cable, And Electrical Utility Relocations; And Erosion And Sedimentation Control Measures On The Access Road To The Three Ring Pump Station.Bids Will Be Received For A Single Prime Contract. Bids Shall Be On A Unit Price Basis As Indicated In The Bid Form. The Owner Reserves The Right To Reject Any And All Bids.
