The Purpose Of The Merger Is To Strengthen The Governments Efforts Within Housing And Building Policy. Husbanken Needs Assistance From An Experienced Consulting Team To Develop A Comprehensive Organizational Design For Husbanken - The Housing And Building Directorate. One Of The Consultants Will Lead The New Organizational Design Working Group, Which Will Consist Of External Consultants And Internal Resources. The Assignment Will Be Carried Out As A Structured Process With Good Involvement Of Management, Shop Stewards, Safety Representatives, Relevant Professional Environments And Other Stakeholders.
