The Subject Of The Public Procurement Contract With A Guaranteed Result (Ggr) Provides For:Design And Implementation Of Energy-Saving Measures, Modernization And Repair Of Street Lighting On The Territory Of S. German, Village Of Kazichene, Village Of Krivina, Village Of Kokalyane, Village Of Zheleznitsa Pancharevo District Of The Capital Municipality And Implementation Of Copyright Supervision; Implementation Of An Integrated Intelligent System For Automation, Control, Management And Monitoring Of The Consumption Of Electrical Energy From Outdoor Lighting In The Village Of German, The Village Of Kazichene, The Village Of Krivina, The Village Of Kokalyane, The Village Of Zheleznitsa, Pancharevo District Of The Capital Municipality. Management And Maintenance Of The Constructed System For External Artificial Lighting, Monitoring Of The Achieved Result And Energy Management Of The Sis.Additional Assignment Of Maintenance And Repair Activities And Other Additional Activities On The Networks And Facilities For Outdoor Artificial Lighting, Outside The Scope Of The Investment Made By The Contractor For The Introduction Of Energy-Saving Measures - An Option.When Performing The Construction And Installation Works, It Is Mandatory To Use Materials That Comply With The Bds And To Observe The Complete Technological Order When Performing The Individual Types Of Work, According To The Technical Specification. Ordinance No. 2 On Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety Working Conditions When Performing Smr Must Be Observed. When Putting Non-Standard Materials Into The Site, They Must Be Tested In Licensed Laboratories And Have A Certificate Of Applicability From The Relevant State Controlling Authority. The Contractor Is Responsible If The Materials Or Equipment Used Are Not Of The Required Quality And/Or Deteriorate The Quality Of The Activities Performed On The Site As A Whole. The Contractor Undertakes To Correct, Resp. Fully Replace At Its Own Expense The Substandard Works And Substandard Materials Within The Proposed Warranty Periods.The Scope And Type Of Measures Is According To The Needs And Requirements Of The Contracting Authority, Reflected In The Technical Specification And The Draft Contract.Within The Framework Of This Public Procurement, An Option Is Provided For The Additional Assignment To The Participant Selected As The Contractor Of Maintenance And Repair Activities For The Networks And Street Lighting Facilities In The Village Of German, The Village Of Kazichene, The Village Of Krivina, The Village Of Kokalyane, The Village Of Zheleznitsa, Pancharevo District Of The Metropolitan Municipality Beyond The Scope Of The Investment Made By The Contractor For The Introduction Of Energy-Saving Measures. The Terms And Conditions For Awarding The Envisaged Option Are Specified In The Contract.The Order Is Announced Under The Terms Of Art. 114 Of The Civil Code.
