The Term Of Execution Of The Order Is From Its Award Until 30.08.2028, With Periodic Deliveries Depending On The Needs Of The Contracting Authority And On The Basis Of The Preliminary Requests Made. The Delivery Term Is At The Proposal Of The Participant In Calendar Days, Not Longer Than 5 Calendar Days From Receipt Of A Written Request From The Contracting Authority. The Procedure Covers 2 Separate Positions, Including Sub-Positions, And Bids Can Be Submitted Comprehensively For All Separate Positions Or For Each One Of Them. A Bidder May Bid A Single Item Covering Absolutely All Sub-Items In The Single Item. The Participant Submits Only One Offer, According To The Conditions Specified In The Participation Documentation, And No Variants Are Allowed. The Offered Consumables And Reagents Should Meet The Parameters Laid Down In The Specification Prepared By The Contracting Authority And Be Fully Compatible With The Relevant Apparatus.When Participating For Separate Positions No. 1 And 2, The Participant Must Declare Full Compatibility Of The Offered Consumables And Reagents With The Relevant Apparatus.Each Participant Must Attach The Following Documents To Their Technical Proposal, Which Are An Integral Part Of It - Authorization Letter, Valid On The Date Of Submission Of The Offer, From The Manufacturing Company Or Its Representative Or An Authorized Person, Issued In The Name Of The Participant, Granting The Participant The Right To Trade In Its Products. When The Letter Of Authorization Is Issued By A Representative Or Authorized Person Of The Manufacturer, A Document From The Manufacturer Certifying The Representative Authority Of These Persons/Companies Should Also Be Presented.
