The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Supply Of Food Products For The Social Service Establishments On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Vidin, In Four Separate Positions.The Specific Positions Are As Follows:Specific Item No. 1 - Supply Of Milk And Milk Food Productsspecific Item No. 2 - Supply Of Meat, Meat Products, Fish And Eggsseparate Item No. 3 - Delivery Of Fresh Fruits And Vegetablesseparate Item No. 4 - Delivery Of Canned Fruit And Vegetable And Packaged Food Productsmethod Of Execution Of The Public Order - Through Periodic Deliveries In Accordance With Previously Submitted Requests In The Free Warehouses Of The Social Service Institutions Located On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Vidin. The Term Of Validity Of The Contracts For The Implementation Of This Public Procurement Is 1 /One/ Year, Counted From The Date Of Receipt Of The Award Letter Or Until The Funds Determined Under The Relevant Contract For Implementation Are Exhausted, Whichever Occurs Earlier. In The Event That The Term Of The Contract Expires, But The Total Value Of The Contract Has Not Been Exhausted, The Parties Sign An Additional Agreement On The Basis Of Art. 116, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Code.
