This Public Procurement Includes:1. Performance Of Functional Inspections Of 85 (Eighty-Five) Lifting Equipment Under Art. 2, Para. 1, Item 1 And Item 4 Of The Ordinance On The Safe Operation And Technical Supervision Of Lifting Equipment (Nbetnps), Specified In The List Of Lifting Equipment For Functional Checks And Repairs Of Bdz - Freight Transport Eood (Appendix No. 1.1 To The Documentation). Functional Checks Are Carried Out In Accordance With Article 53, Paragraph 3 And Appendix No. 4 Of The Nbetnps, Subject To Compliance With The Requirements Of The Technical Specification For Implementation Of A Public Procurement With The Subject: Functional Inspections And Repair Of Lifting Equipment /Ps/ In The Divisions Of Bdz - Freight Transport Eood, For A Period Of One Year (Appendix No. 1 To The Documentation).2. Carrying Out Repairs Of The Lifting Equipment If Necessary And Under The Conditions Defined In Section Iii Of The Technical Specification For The Execution Of A Public Contract With The Subject: Functional Checks And Repair Of Lifting Equipment /Ps/ In The Divisions Of Bdz - Freight Transport Eood, For A Period Of One Year (Appendix No. 1 To The Documentation). Repairs Are Carried Out In Compliance With The Requirements Of The Nbetnpps, The Technical Documentation Of The Relevant Facility, As Well As The Conditions And Parameters, Determined By Its Manufacturer.The Activities, The Subject Of The Public Procurement, Should Be Carried Out By Persons Entered In The Register Under Art. 36, Para. 1 Of The Law On The Technical Requirements For Products (Ztip), Possessing A Certificate With The Necessary Scope For Carrying Out The Relevant Activities, According To Art. 55, Item 7 Of The Nbetnps.
